BUYER’S BROKER

I help clients in searching for properties that would meet their specific requirements.  This is made possible through an extensive network of Licensed Real Estate Brokers, wherein we can source out listings of properties for sale in most upper-middle to high-end villages and residential condominiums in Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Ortigas, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, etc.

SELLER’S BROKER

I secure Authority To Sell from property owners planning to put their properties in the market and makes the necessary marketing efforts to look for potential buyers.  In this case, I normally accept only properties that fall into the upper-middle to high-end categories, whether residential or commercial.

I sell new projects of selected developers namely:
